Our growing list of products have now been adopted by leading mass spectrometry laboratories in the pharmaceutical, academic and industry sectors worldwide.

We are now seeking to expand our production team to meet the growing global demand for IonOpticks products, and to prepare for the release of new product lines throughout 2021.

The Role

As a Production Assistant, the successful candidate will become a key member of our small, fast-growing team. The role will be varied, with the core duties including but not limited to:

  • preparation of parts for manufacture

  • end-to-end construction and assembly of the full suite of IO products

  • production quality control

  • data entry and record keeping associated with manufacturing IO products, quality control and parts stocktaking

  • adherence to established procedures and quality standards

  • production training

  • process creation and training

  • product packaging and shipment preparation

  • meeting production targets and order fulfilment

  • liaising with external parts suppliers

  • cultural leadership

Who we're looking for

Ideally, you:

  • are committed to quality and integrity, with an exceptional eye for detail

  • have strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with an ability to handle

  • can follow Standard Operating Procedures

  • can adhere to laboratory safety practices

  • have good mathematical ability

  • are confident working with computers and basic software packages

  • have a proved track record of diligence with a strong work ethic

  • enjoy working independently

  • have strong organisational skills with the ability to handle numerous details

  • are energetic, with the confidence and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • are well presented and a good communicator with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment

  • a true team player that works well in a diverse group and across all organisational levels
